Dream Planning were approached to design a quality streetscape and pedestrian experience for an Integrated Housing Development at Moire Road, Massey. The design sought to provide visual privacy, specifying low level fencing and planting and attractive Streetscape Planting to integrate the built form into the surrounding residential neighbourhood and create an attractive, livable environment. Design outcomes focused on providing adequate privacy and daylight for living spaces, both inside and out.
